Hi everyone i have got w212(2015) E class 220 mercedes,AC is blowing cold wave but when you change the temperature setting to 28 still cold its not getting hot.I have changed the

AUXILIARY WATER PUMP but problem still carry on.

 

aux water pump is for heating. No affect on AC.
Do proper troubleshooting. What scanner you have?

 

Im using snap-on diagnostic but the machine doesn't shown any error,basically the car doesn't has heating problem bcs when temperature is above the 80 i removed the pipe of the water pump i had the hot water from the pipe but still im not having hot wave.
