Headers for M265 DE35?
Is anyone aware of a company that produces headers for the m276 de35, or for an engine with the same sizing? I was looking at getting some but haven't been able to find any that are not outrageously priced.

that engine is already getting 300 horses and 280 ft-lbs out of a normally aspirated 3.5L via its direct injection and multi-spark, with a very wide torque curve, its not that long ago you'd be looking at a 5L V8 to get that sort of pookah. short of significantly raising the redline (which would be REALLY expensive to do), you're not likely to get much more power with exhaust headers OR any sort of 'upgraded' exhaust system, you'll just make it noisier.
if you're really determined to proceed, I'd probably find used stock headers on fleabay (left is A2761400509 and right is A2761400409, at least for my 2016 M276), and go to town with a angle grinder and MIG welder.

I've got my car tuned, but clearly there isn't a whole lot of love for this engine.
Plus who doesn't love some more noise
Are you saying use other headers that don't fit normally, and cut them at the plate and mig weld them to the fitting M276 header plate?

if you want more noise in your Mercedes, first strip out the massive amounts of soundproofing in the cabin as well as under the hood. probably save 100s of lbs too, which will make the car faster and handle better without spending a dime.
