Mirror phone using media interface?
I have 2013 e550 and it has a media interface connector in the center console. Does a cable allow me to mirror my screen on my android or will it only charge and provide audio? 4.5 command. Already has Bluetooth so not sure if it’s advantageous to get the cable or not. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I’m moving on from that dream. Lol. So the only way to accomplish this is by changing the screen to an android to be able to mirror from phone?

only 2016 W212's with the Hu5s1 Comand can be modded to support android auto (and apple carplay) directly, anything else will require a 3rd party module be wired in between the COMAND and the screen.
