strife

The tips are all over the place on the usual selling sites; they are "fake" and offset (I assume the pipe be in line with the muffler pipe). The diffusers aren't that easy to find, pre-facelift. They are all "AMG E63" but it is my understanding that the tips can be installed on sport "AMG look" pre-facelift W212's with an appropriate pre-facelift diffuser. Has anyone done this? How did it go? I don't intend to delete the mufflers but graft the tips onto the muffler. Is this doable? I have a lift, can (somewhat) weld TIG/MIG, and so on. Thanks in advance.
