well, it looks like I’m pulling the trigger and buying it. It drives smooth as silk and stomps my 2014 e350 all day! I love the adaptive headlights, heated steering wheel, cooled seats, real leather interior and more!
Enjoy.... Drive it in sport mode for bit of fun on open roads.
Read the manual as there are so many things with the car it is hard to know them all let alone make them work.
They are beautiful cars, I have a late 2015 E400 with 102,000miles and it still drives great and I can't tell the difference between the newer ones when I drive them, but I may be biased.
I would, however, definitely recommend trying to get a CPO warranty as with any modern car the electronics seem to always be a failure point.
I have the intelligent light system and had to have my right hand side headlight module replaced recently. No idea why it went bad but I'm definitely glad I wasn't paying for it.
The only other strange thing with the old age I was getting weird voltage issues but it was solved by just disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes. Guess somehow that reset the smart alternator to do its thing again.
The only other thing that has been annoying is the creaking panaromic sunroof but it is well documented and an easy fix if you have the right tools.
Also as some of the previous posters have mentioned it runs the same engine as the 43 AMG's just with less boost so if you are inclined to tune it most tuners say it the engine will make approx 400horses with a simple ECU tune.

So it's confirmed that's the same engine as the 43's? They do sound the same at startup.
It started as the 400 in the facelifted CLS, then 450 in theW205 C-Class before being bagged an AMG as the 43 in many models?
I waited and shopped around to get the '16 to unlock Apple Carplay, but non were in my budget, so I settled for a '15. Definitely the best daily. No regrets even though it's missing a lot of options I wanted.
