I hadn't heard of this Ravelco device until today and it seems interesting. There is nothing specific to Mercedes on the website, probably dependent to the local installer.

I had one in my GN. Nifty little device. If you lose the cap....it's going to be a bad day. Do not recommend for a modern car with this much tech. Absolute must for install to be done by a professional.
