What that noise?

I’ve been hearing this recently, seems to come from the passanger side…. What is it? Engine cold or warm it happens even when parked still

Sounds like fan blower for the climate control system imo.

Look at FCP EURO for a cheap deal
Change the cabin filter while at it.

Was it recorded with the engine off as well? Points to the AC fan/blower; however, there is a "tik-tik" as well like there is something touching the blower as it spins, say a leaf or else.

These blowers tend to fail (squeak), but the ones I have seen/heard the noise is more like missing lubrication, i.e. metal to metal squeaking.

Here would be my initial approach:
Open the hood
Remove the cover into the AC inlet, see picture below

Once removed, you should see your main battery and the entry/inlet to the AC. You should be able to see the plastic blower wheel from there
Update: Before the next step, check if there is something that should not be there, perhaps a flashlight would help as well.

Turn the key to position 2, keep the engine OFF, and turn the AC on, you should hear the blower. Go back to the underhood and look at the blower area. Check for the noise or something that should not be there.

Just be careful with the plastic blower wheel. Do not remove any fixed piece attached to it (balance weights for example), nor try to force it into any position. If you unbalance the wheel position, the noise will be worse since it can now rub the blower shroud.
Update:, CAREFUL with the spinning blower, you do not want your hands in there

To replace the filter (only possible from the cabin) here is a video showing the steps
