Mecredes Benz e250 2010 engineering menu options greyed out
I found a video of the exactly same engineering menu:
And as you can see the options are greyed out, I am interested in enabling bluetooth audio, Any help will be appreciated, Thanks!

Bluetooth ghost option...
When installed, the Bluetooth input gets enabled through the normal Comand Settings menu.
The option being greyed out means the hardware is not installed.
Some people have solved the missing Bluetooth by adding an optional interface module, others with a whole Android tablet kit...
BT calling & streaming came installed in my NTG 4.7.

This does not make sense cause there are other greyed out options who are enabled(this specified hardware installed)
