2011 E350 misfire Coil replace

I have a 2011 E350 Sport. I was getting a misfire code on Cylinder 1. I replaced the coil with a new one (delphi that I understand is OEM for my car). It fixed the misfire problem and the car is running great and smooth but the Check Engine light did not clear. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or ideas.

Give it a few drive cycles and it'll clear itself.

E350 S4 Wagon
Harvey,

What code reader are you using? I am in the market to purchase one to use on my 2015 E350 S4 wagon after paying $400 for one coil replacement.

Thanks,
dave
