Cigarette lighter in trunk
I already test "source" side of #72 and voala 11.82V when car switched to ignition (engine is off) and 0V when car switched off.
Mine W212 is WDD2120251A with engine: 642.850
P.S. By the way I'm a little confused because VIN number says: "Its model from year 2001, the car is ordered November 2009 and assembled and selled December 2009"
But in internet all W212 start from year 2010 to 2016
These one that start from 2001 to 2009 are W211, but my VIN says 212 ....

Glad your fuse 72 work. I too have cigarette socket at center console rear part under HVAC vent.
True to what Kj1 said, 11.82V is too low a battery voltage even for rear SAM.
Careful when doing electric works on the car where you need to sense voltage presence, there is a low voltage cut off at 11.8volt to many non vital devices. See attachment.
So charge your battery properly prior to testing or keep it charged while testing because car computer/s wake up condition can take easy 6 amps.
I mount the cigarette lighter and i made it better than factory one, also looks better
Here are some pics::
Of course, now as a first impression I saw that the lighter only works when the engine is running

This is on fuse #71 plug. I will test it on fuse #76 for better results. Now when i switch the key, but not start the engine,
the lighter is on for about 30 sec, then i hear how relay turn off and also lighter is tuurned off (no voltage)

I hope fuse #76 will fix this.
I want to share one more thing with you, the Chinese Tap-a-Fuse is ill-conceived rubbish, because their hat, where the fuses are,
rests on the next fuse, where you plug Tap-A-Fuse on! Then the pins of Tap-A-Fuse not contact good with your car electical installation...
The workaround is to use smaller Tap-A-Fuse (for example plug in mini Tap-A-Fuse on standart socket) but his pins are thinner than standart and this is not good (risky)
And again thanks all for the hints and help, especially S-Prihadi

As you have installed it, you have successfully found a switched circuit with fuse position 71. The 30 sec delay before it turns off is how it works.
IMO, it won't get any better than that.

turns off when i completelly turn of the key and unplug it. This is better logic and is my goal that i aim
