EGR sensor circuit low.. I need help
Hi all Mercedes pros!

Would like to know where to start looking for an EGR sensor and what an EGR sensor looks like on a Mercedes w212 350 bluetec v6 engine.

Would be very grateful for help ..




I have code P0405, 149A00 14A100

149A00 P0405 Component 'Y27/9 (Left EGR positioner)' has an internal fault.

EGR valve may need cleaning or replacement – part # 6421401960 or MB direct 642140196064 need VIN to confirm.

The EGR valve is new, it was the first one I changed but the codes are still ...

Do you have any more ideas? 🙏🙏

Were all stored codes cleared after install and harness inspected.
