Media screen

Hi I'm a new member and I really need some help . I have a problem with my media screen it won't work . I have tried everything that I can think of. Replacement of the fuses holding the cd eject button disconnected the battery. But still nothing got a replacement screen and that won't work.The auto electrician that told me I needed a new screen is now telling me I need a new radio. But the radio still works so how can it be that. Any suggestions .Thankyou in advance.

Find an independent with Xentry (MB diagnostics) to pull fault code(s).

There is a fuse in the wiring harness behind head unit, but I don't know if that's the issue.

the rear fuse would be a nice 50¢ fix !

COMAND is assembled with hundred's of screws... to make any simple repair time consuming.
