Hello,
I have recently purchased an American spec W212 and it does not have The auto high beams option I would like to know if this can be coded it in my car.

Coding is not possible with your headlights as you have static LED headlights. New headlights + wiring would be needed to activate ICH+ on your vehicle.

Honestly, I think the auto hi-beam system is pretty **** to be honest.
Compared to my Chrysler 300 SRT the Benz system is really bad, the LED lights are incredible but the auto dipping on them is just horrible, trust me you're not missing out on anything mate.
The Chrysler (probably stolen from Daimler Benz LOL!!) system is very intuitive and can see cars coming from a very long way and also when coming up onto the back of cars on the highway its also very good, sadly Mercedes falls a long behind on this.

yes, it's possible, read through this forum, I believe at least two members accomplished this, you'll need two new OEM headlights, maybe a new forward camera system and installation, then programing, Don't really remember exactly, but the parts are really expensive, you could be looking at 5-6k.
