This is a weird one. I have a 2010 E63 with the dynamic multicontour seats, and I’ve noticed that the features lock out after about 10 minutes of driving. The dynamic bolsters still work great but the massage pulse feature and all of the power adjustments quit working. I searched and read the manual and can’t find anything about this, is it a weird Mercedes “feature” or some issue? Everything works fine for the first 10-ish minutes of driving. I’ve had the car three years and it’s been like this as long as I can remember.

Get yourself a scanner and find out what's going with your Seat control module. There's a chance this networked system packs .... a few issues by now.Originally Posted by onewhippedpuppy

The Seat Memory Adjustment module and the Door Control module are all qualified to through a wrench in your seat activities.
A scanner will help you prioritize issues.
If you are the lucky type and are interested to skip ahead, the Seat Module is your primary suspect.
It can be removed easily from seat bottom after disconnecting the battery power (SRS Airbags).
Inspect wiring connections and
Inspect circuit board components then
Decide to: Repair or Replace or Continue search...
Scanner prevents busy work!
