Wagon rear seat rattle

Could anyone help me cure my rattling rear seat. This is on a X218 shooting brake but as it's essentially the same car as a W212 I thought I'd post it here to get more replies.

The 60/40 rear seats wider 60 side rattles when going over bumps. When the rear seat is folded down there is no rattle at all. I took a video and when hitting the lower part of the seat the rattle is more pronounced. I tried taking off the panel covering the rear seat back but it didnt seem to budge. Where could I find a tutorial how to remove it? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for these. It seems like those covers removing the rear seats. I would need to remove the rear seat back panel where the center seat belt is. Would you have this available?

Lucky rattle fix: 2mn, no tools...

I think I've faced the same exact rattle early on with my rear folding seats.
I finally figured it had to do with the passthrough opening... I jammed in a napkin to keep it from moving.

folded Starbucks napkin to the rescue
Try it out
