Wipers stopped working
Hi all,
After removing the wiper linkage to inspect the heater valve, my wipers have stopped working. I didn’t put the wipers back on right, and now the motor will move a little bit when I start the car but won’t spin when I turn on the wipers.
The wipers were trying to move when they couldn’t go any further, and I fear I may have broken the motor. any ideas?

it's time for a screw driver therapy:
open up that bad boy carefully... whatch out for springs and ***** jumping out.
I have not seen that LIN unit yet. I think it is self managed locally as far as learning shaft positions. It's tied to F-SAM
Let us see all about it...

Valve is fine, no leak. And you’re right about the core, there’d be a sweet smell in the dash if it was bad.
Coolant drops much more slowly now, going to keep topping it up and see over the next week. No leak underneath still.
