You've landed in the right place!

Here you can learn about topics of interest to you: the books are open... choices are yours.

To get busy you can start by replacing all fluids and the serpentine kit.

Buy a scanner and learn to check the pulse on your car computers before "NO CRANK" shows up one day.

I was recently in your situation with a new-to-me 2010 E350.

My best upgrade was the NTG4.0 Android - about $600USD
Here's my installation experience in that thread.

I also got the windows tinted for around $425USD.

The rest of my time/effort has gone into catching up maintenance - air filters, cabin filter, transmission fluid/filter, thermostat, coolant, engine oil/filter.

I still need to replace the differential fluid. Fuel filter replacement is a ways off.

You can buy a Calrsson Performance Kit as well .
Get rid of those wheels , buy an AMG ones but stay way from Chinese crap replica wheels
AMG steering wheel
AMG door pins
AMG pedal set
The list can be extended
Happy Driving

At 12 years old today the car is, don't worry about any Mod.
Worry about how to keep the car for say 5 years troublefree, that is the most important.

Aside from any required proper maintenance........
Any plastic and hoses which carry coolant and oil, that is what you need to pay attention to. These are not in the service book.
They have aged and will age more and will leak + crack. Its a matter of WHEN and not IF.
If lucky leaks can be detected early, but sudden burst or big crack while at high speed, may be the worst nightmare we all do not want.

Sorry, but this is the truth
