W212 spreader springs replacement

If you're doing your own brake job make sure you order new rear spreader springs. I was into the job and both broke even when I gently removed them. I had to wait a couple extra days for the parts at the dealer because I didn't have a clue these should be replaced as well. I'm at 90k. Two are about $20. Part number: A-001-421-23-91 but always use your vin at the dealer.

You could easily pick up a kit on Rockauto for about $8.

But if you replace the rear rotors, I'd also suggest getting the brake shoes and springs/adjusters.
