Blind Spot Assist Menu Missing

Blind Spot Assist Menu Missing
Hi All,
I just got a 2011 E350 4Matic on a good deal. While everything is working, the blind spot menu is missing from the car. I know the car has blind spot assistance (since the VIN shows it, the service records show it was worked on, and it has the mirrors for it) but I can't for the life of me find the menu to activate it. I can turn the radar's off and on but no idea where the menu is for blind spot. I would love some help with this.

Hi,
Thank you for the owner's manual. I've already checked the DriveAssist menu. The option for Blind Spot is not there, I have checked every menu but have found nothing. The only thing I have not tried is to reset the car to factory settings but I'm unsure if that would even fix it unless the car has an image of its software when brand new, including the blind spot option. I don't have any radar warnings and can turn off the radar sensors in the vehicle settings but that's it. Thanks!

I just mean, that there is no warning that comes up for blind spot, there is no menu option to enable or disable it. I don't even get the error messages. Its like the car doesn't know it has a blind spot monitoring system. Thank you though, I'll call the dealer and ask about it.

Maybe1st owner of this car in the past had its gateway programmed to ignore ( remove ) the Blind Spot because he did not want to fix it .... $$$$
