Supposedly any type of uv blocker since that is whats missing originally. Some high spf sun blocker or any of the interior cleaner/protectant that has uv blockers. Look for marine grade stuff if possible imho.

There is an ongoing class action for faded burl wood but it only covers half or less of the replacement cost, you can find out more here on the forum, lots are using wrap to get a new look, Iv'e seen some and they came out well.

Also there are many good UV blockers, they may stop it from getting worse but once it's faded it's not coming back.

Is it a CPO car? My 2012 had the same issue and was replaced under warranty .

I have used Aerospace 303 on my wood trim. It claims to block UV rays ...
