Workshop code
The code is B3, then workshop code 3609. I don't understand the workshop codes and can't seem to find any listing for
them or how do I find the issue. I'm not getting any OBDII errors.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you for your help and the explanation. If I understand correctly you have listed the items that code refers to.
I have the WIS/MSS software so I guess somewhere in that software I can find the workshop code numbers and references. guess I will have to go hunting for it.
The service sheet in the PDF you sent does not reference the list of items needed, just a mileage and or time. when to do service. Or, maybe I'm confused (which certianly is a possibility).
Thank you again!

Found your post as i came looking for what-in-the-world service codes are, when using the MSS section under Wis/Asra.
Did you generate this 11E.pdf sheet from your WIS? If so, could you please elaborate how to get it for another model?
I want to generate such a sheet for my cars - how can i do that?
Sorry if this is a noob question, but i've tried all options inside the WIS/EPC/MSS etc., but just keep going around in circles.
If you don't want to give your source, may you please generate one for my vehicles?

- 2019 C300 W205 engine 264
I do not possess Star or Xentry (yet) and thus not sure how to find ASSYST Plus codes directly from the vehicle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers !
