These welding points are inborn?

Good day all!
After engine bay cleaning, I spotted two welding points from both side as marked. Are they inborn from the factory or surgical marks after an accident? Any views are really appreciated. Thanks

Looks factory to me. Those seam sealers are everywhere in the engine bay and the general bodywork. You can even see them applied in those production videos by a robotic arm.
