You mean you want to have a FL look? It's not a direct easy swap you will have to buy a couple of items as well such as headlamps, bumper and probably a hood
BTW, you can buy a conversion E63 AMG kit for your car .That's the ultimate upgrade but I prefer look of the Elegance grill over it

I recently did a grille swap on my 2014 E350. I changed from the factory sport grille (not the big luxury one like you see on the S-class cars) to the grille you might find on the 2014 E43. It was quite the job, had to remove the front bumper. I would say it's a 3/5 difficulty and a 3/5 time, I am a very proficient mechanic but for the uninclined or unsure, it could be a daunting job. The time was about 3 hours for me, mostly because I had some trouble getting to the mounting bolts in the fender at the top of the front bumper. Without the trouble I estimate you could do the swap in about 1.5-2.

I like my grille a lot, but I had to work for it (adding the aluminum mesh):

I think that adding this and updating the taillights took 10 years off of the age of the car. Note that there are several different manufacturers of this grille; I would beware of cheap ones.
