Hello all. I got my E400 with the winter package, so heated steering wheel. I thought about doing a steering wheel swap to the steering wheel w/ the touch pads, but are they heated? If not I don’t think I will switch from OEM

There are more threads on steering wheel swaps here than one can count. Needing a heated wheel would narrow the list. I'd do a search on "steering wheel" and enjoy the reading.

we can do it. but would have to be a leather wheel, can reshape it to a sport grip and all that. unfortunetly cannot add carbon to it though.

I swapped my steering wheel with an upgraded one from eBay. The seller said some wheels have it and some do not and would need to make sure that I requested heated wheel and to also make sure lane assist as the vibrate motor in the wheel is also optional.

Yep, exactly thanks for talking about it as I forgot to mention it before . From my driving perspective : the steering wheels whose top and bottoms come with special materials such as wood, carbon or anything like hard material, can be scratched easily when you wear a ring
