Question Can someone explain what the shop did?

I recently purchased a 2016 E250 Bluetec 4-Matic, the previous owner from what I get deleted the AdBlue system, as it never showed the amount left and to top up. I have put on 20k km with no DEF. Car brake checked me and front bumper was slightly damaged.

After the shop has painted the bumper, replaced all broken parts I asked them to make sure the adaptive cruise (Distronic) is working. On that note I got my car back temporarly as they are waiting for the Radar brackets to come in, they did something to the computer. I not got a message stating i have 14 starts remaining and to fill DEF, and I now have a Blue Parking symbol that pops up when driving slow, and when lights set in Auto and High Beam pushed forward I now an Auto High Beam symbol.

The parking system works and it turns the steering by its self and stuff to do parallel parking, not sure if it works in regular parking spots, cant seem to get that going.
The AdBlue is now enabled which I am really not happy about. When purchasing the car I already had the idea of deleting the system, only to find out it was already done . But now its back
Auto High Beam symbol now appears but seems to do absolutely nothing.
Oh and they enabled the ECO Start/Stop function. Which I am also not too happy about as its not very healthy for a diesel to turn off at every intersection at -30C (living in Manitoba). This was also disabled by the previous owner.

Can someone tell me what is going on? They enabled AdBlue which had nothing to do with the accident. Attaching a picture of the cars damage.

You already know what happened, they coded your car back to stock.

I had an idea that that's the case, but they added features I never even had to begin with.

You always had them, they were just coded out in order to fix all the broken things, they needed to code the car back to get the new parts to work.

Your best shot for success is not the shop that coded it back to normal. Get back with the previous owner and find where they had the aftermarket program to code all that stuff out.
Your automatic high beams will remain on low beam until above about 20mph, at which point they'll go hi/lo as needed (assuming the cameras work properly). If you want to switch the beams yourself, just turn the headlight switch to "on" and have at it.

I have tested them going at 60mph, nothing. Wont turn on or off themselves, I have to do it manually. The car is a fairly new purchase to me and the distronic also does not seem to work with the lane keep assist or the blind spot assist. Could it be that my cameras have not been calibrated? I also noticed that the windshield has been replaced at some point as its not a MB one.

You got issues from the accident and the shop should fix it all. If Distronic was working prior to your accident the replaced windshield is not the problem.
