ADblue reset, help please

I have a 2015, W212 E350 estate, and have the adblue problem. Despite filling the tank (in the boot) the onboard system (dash) show the tanl "not full" and now the car has gone into limp mode. I would really appreciate some guidance here.... am I able to "reset" it.? ... I have read about sotware Xentry or Vediamo, are they worth getting.. ? if so, where.? All contributions really appreciated.. Thanks
