I have a 2014 E class 350. There is currently a ‘malfunction auxiliary battery’ message and I need to change it. Engine M276 E35DEH

is this compatible with my car?

 

Doesnt look like mine on 2012 E350.
I bought mine on Amazon by searching fo rbattery and it say sits Mercedes.
Same battery also listed as compatible on Home Depot web site.
Both about $15 US.

Shop MB part # 0009829608 should also pull compatible aftermarket.

 

Just be certain it has the venting hole where the little drain hose attaches

The face lifted cars are different. The 2014 - 2016 auxiliary battery is 0009829308 or 0009829608 which is the battery type that the OP lists. The Bosch S6590b is correct.

very few if any aftermarket/generic AGM batteries have a vent tube attachment. AGM batteries aka VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) only vent under exceptional conditions, primarily being overcharged.

 

One of the members found that this battery works just fine

Before the topic come on the forum, I needed aux battery for my 2014 E and I decided to buy at FCP Euro due to their warranty.
So after 3 years the battery started to show lower performance and following their procedure they send me a new one.
