Car wont move in drive, but can reverse

Car wont move in drive, but can reverse

I have a 2012 E550. My sister was driving my car and broke down. She had called me and said she heard a loud hiss then a few minutes later the car just stopped moving. Luckily she was in a parking lot. When I went to go check it out I thought my rear brakes had locked up (still might be possible?), but I noticed I was able to drive the car in reverse. It was unable to be pushed in neutral either. In Drive I slowly accelerated and for a sec something felt like it slipped and i moved forward just a little bit before it locked up again. I have an iCarsoft and checked for fault codes in the transmission and nothing came up. The gears shift without a problem and even the paddle shifting worked fine. Based off some research I did I am assuming the hiss was a fluid tube bursting and leaking out transmission fluid. I'm getting the car towed to my house to work on it. I would like more opinions on what you guys think is going on with the car. Thanks.
Update: bolt for rear right caliper had fallen off for some reason and caliper got stuck to wheel.
