Is that RED coolant really compatible with MB own YLW/BLU mix?
It looks like the hot hose inlet is what leaking super bad...

Your engine I think is M157
Such a leak need to be investigated/inspected by a techy familiar with M157 engine if you are not a decently good DIY
Many components can leak coolant.
Here is an example by knowledgeable DIY
Also when showing someone a problem point inside an engine bay,
the video must start at wide angle, so people can see which region of the engine you meant, when the video goes to close up mode.
Your engine I think is M157
