Yes, that's what I have in both of my Mercs. One has 160k miles and the other one approaching 100k miles.

do not mix those two.

325.0 was used on cars up to manufacturing date of April 2014. 325.6 was used on everything newer.

Mercedes says you can use 325.6 on older cars (after thorough flushing), but you can NOT use 325.0 in newer ones. Caveat Emptor.

Note 326.0 and 326.6 are ready mix, already diluted 50-50, while the 325.X fluids are concentrates that must be mixed 50-50 with water.

325.0/326.0 are blue-green, this fluid is known generically as G48
325.6/326.6 are pink. This fluid is equivalent to G40...

note, you can NOT rely on the color across different brands of coolant.

the big difference is, 325.6 / G40 does not have any Borate or 2-Ethylhexanoic Acid in it. 325.0 does.

here's all the coolant related Mercedes specifications,
https://operatingfluids.mercedes-ben...ory/coolant/en

this is which spec to use for what engines...
https://operatingfluids.mercedes-ben...sheet/320.1/en

here's a list of 325.0 coolants
https://operatingfluids.mercedes-ben...sheet/325.0/en

here's a list of 325.6 coolants
https://operatingfluids.mercedes-ben...sheet/325.6/en

usually available in the USA is ...

Zerex G 48 - 325.0
Zerex G 40 - 325.6

DO NOT confuse these with the very common Zerex G05 in the gold jug, this meets a MUCH older Mercedes spec used in the 1980s/90s. I used this in my W124's and my 80s/90s Volvos as it met their spec perfectly.

I found a note some time ago, that those coolants are mixable, but since they come in different colors, I still would do good flush.
Get 5-6 gallons of distillate water , drain, refill, drive something, repeat till water comes clean and then refill with proper coolant mix.
