Hey folks,

I bought a steering rack from FCP Euro a while back and swapped it into my car. I shipped the original back to them as a core return, but they're saying because I didn't use the original Bosch box it came in, I'm not getting my $450 core charge back (on a $700 item, btw). Suffice to say, I'm unhappy. The box I received from them was mutilated and not suitable for mailing anything anywhere, courtesy of whoever decided it didn't warrant any packing materials.

I'll give you $50 for your box, plus whatever it costs for you to mail it to them, otherwise if you have any ideas as to where to procure one I'd greatly appreciate it. I called a few shops around here but no one has any, probably because they're all sending back steering racks in them to get their core return back too. I don't think the condition matters all that much.
