odmeter rollback on autocheck

odmeter rollback on autocheck
Hello I'm getting ready to trade in the E350 for a new vehicle. However, the autocheck came out with odometer rollback alert. I bought the car in 2013 with CPO through a mercedes dealership. The car had 24k miles on it. However, the title had it listed it for 3600 miles. We missed the wrong mileage on the tile, just verified the model and vin #. How do I fix this problem? call autocheck, dealership, or DMV to get this alert removed? This alert drops the trade in value by 2k. Thanks

What paper trail you have to prove DMV error?
Don't expect too much cooperation, but you can always include explanation on your listing.

Sales reciept for vehicle and all maintenance inputs/reciepts will probably have proper mileage. Could dig all that up or request from dealer and take to DMV. Not sure where you DMV is at.
When I bought mine the title had it listed as a gasser, when I had it changed over I just told them it was a diesel. They fixed that during the change over.

I dunno about you but in my stated after vehicle is 10 years old they do not ask for mileage statements anymore and put 000000000000 on title.
