Fuel hose quick connectors?

Fuel hose quick connectors?
I need replacement quick-release connectors that go from the hoses to the fuel filter inside of a California (PZEV?) gas tank. Can’t find them for sale anywhere, probably due to lack of knowing what to call it. The originals cracked and no longer hold a seal onto the fuel filter (currently held together by a nest of zip ties and JB SteelWeld).
Figured I’d I could get my hands on new connectors I could just splice/SteelWeld them to a cut hose, there’s plenty of slack to do so. Unless someone has a better idea that’s cheaper than a new gas tank.
