Help with error codes 9151, 254100 P263509..

Hi !
I have a couple of fault codes i could use some help with:
9150: Auxialry Heater - "The faultt interlock has been activated" i think this has happened due to many start attempts with unsufficien fuel level, any way to unlock other than going to a workshop ?
254100: "The pressure sensor of the low-pressure fuel circuit has a short circuit to ground" anyone that can identify this sensor so i can have a look at it ?
P263509: "The fuel flow rate of fuel pump "A" is to low,. There is a component fault" - monitored the pressure in common rail during driving and pressures there is normal as far as i can see (285 bar @ idle and up to 1800-1900 when driving). Could this be a error cascading from 254100 ?

Good question!

I am no Diesel tech... yet direct injection two stage pumping is now common thanks to Rudolph.

> Low side issues:
- Seems your low pressure pump has issues that are starving your high pressure rail pump (ouch: 300 to 2000Psi)

- Is your diesel filter serviceable or plugged up with condensates?

- You have a Aux heater fault... is this bad fuel heater causing frozen thick fuel issue not to pump?

I am not a diesel tech eighter but was thinking to start off with checking the sensor that has error code that indicates short to ground, but am not able to find out wich sensor it is..

When it comes to the Aux heater i dont think its the temperature that is the problem, but it has locked out on to many start attempts, probably due to not sufficient level in dieseltank and the heater has drawn in air in the fuel line to the heater. (Found a tip online to remove the main fuse to get the lockout reset, but no success.)

Update:
This morning car would not start, found the fault to be fuel pump module had asked for fuel pump to start, but pump was not running, removed fuse and put back in again, pump started and i could read 1,55 bar fuel pressure, car started, ok.

During several start/stop sequences pump seems to fail at running when pump control module has asked for "on", could that indicate that fuel pump is in need of replacement or pressure build up due to clogged filter in fuel tank ?
Also the fuel pressure is to low from what i can understand (1,55 bar prior to start and 0-0,2 when idling)
I have found there to be a fuel filter in the fuel tank (left side under backseat) could this be clogged and be the reason for the low fuel pressure ?
There also is a sensor on the left side is this the fuel pressure sensor ?

Jobba.

Left side under backseat (Fuel tank filter and xxxxx sensor ?)

Update:
The error code 254100 was relating to fuel pressure sensor sitting below / in front of engine fuel filter, water ingress after engine room wash probably.

So, now it remains to get Error code 9151 (Webasto heater locked out due to many failed start attempt`s, reset and unlocked)
& Error code P263509, (the description says to low flow from pump "A", and i think that the fuel pump in the fuel tank is ready to replace, so it might be cause of the error code. Any way to test/verify that the pump is bad or good ?, got 2 bar fuel pressure on idle now, but that is to low i guess ?

Anyone knows which pump "A" is ?

Jobba
