Broken Fuel filler flap

New MB owner! I bought the 2011 E350 Wagon, but with a broken fuel filler flap. Just the exterior panel was pulled off - the flapper still works fine. Looks like the previous owner tried to glue it back and that did not work. Lots of residual glue all over the back of the exterior panel. Is this common? Ideas to fix it? thanks

If mount and panel in question can be properly cleaned remount using Gorilla Glue. If not, clean mount as best you can and replace panel used will need to be painted unless you find match. 213 same procedure to remove/install panel.

Remember gorilla glue nees moisture to properly adhere. May need another 2 part epoxy to be good on that situation.
