Vibration while idle
I use a W212 Mercedes Benz E350 2011 model. What can cause vibration when the gear is shifted to D and idle?
PS: I already change the engine mount.

That would be lean misfires caused by loose chain tensioners unless the iridium plugs are 100KMi.

Also check the Fuel Trims for signs the O2/Lambdas are contamined (unbalanced/slow response) by injesting many gallons of engine oils.

What is your mileage odometer?

Driving style: city or highway or 50/50. ?

What scanner are you using?
