Anyone have a Mac with the M1 processor and able to run the MB WIS program? If so, can you share how you did it? I bought a WIS on usb from ebay, and struggling to get it to work in Parallels, says CPU isn't supported. Mac Mini 2020 M1 chip.

The M1 is based on ARM architecture and MB's WIS is designed to run on x86 CPUs.
You'll have to check if Apple or a 3rd party program allows you to emulate the WIS VM that you have, otherwise you're out of luck and will have to find an x86 machine to run it on.
Absolute no on running VirtualBox or equivalent virtual machine on an M1 mac. I have searched extensively.
Likely yes on an older chrome book if it runs windows.
Read the system requirements of the WIS you are buying. If it uses a virtual machine as most do, the virtual machine will have system requirements that your chrome book needs to meet.
Thanks guys, the Chromebook isn't windows based and so old I doubt it could handle it. Found a laptop that can work though in the house running windows 11. Wish it could run on my Mac, but guess just one of those limitations in life. Is what it is, and I am never leaving Mac!
So i got to run in this virtual VM Workstation, but I guess I got scammed. It doesn’t seem to do anything, and whenever I click on something “like worksop”, it just says it can’t connect.
So I guess my question is this then….
where can I buy a detailed repair manual for this car? Pdf files would be preferred if possible.

I just bought another EPC / WIS VM from eBay recently. Costs around $5, and the seller usually sends you the link within 1 hour of payment.
I'm not going to endorse any specific sellers, but anyone with good ratings should be fine.
Typically includes the .vdi and .vbox files so the VM is basically preconfigured. All you'll have to do is import it into VirtualBox and then start it.
Once it's up, you should have access to EPC and WIS, where you can search up repair procedures and then use the print option to get PDFs.
I emailed the “tech help” desk to see what’s
wrong. Frustrating after wasting a day fiddling with it. Not my favorite thing to do. These are the errors I get, seems like the interface and reference file aren't friends..

I've tried about all I can figure out to get this stuff to work, and come to the conclusion that it's just beyond my tech skillset to figure out. I'm not using the Mac, but rather a new Gigabyte gaming laptop running windows 11. I sent back that USB for a refund, never could seem to get things to talk to each other. I bought a downloaded version instead, and have spent the last couple of days trying to get it to work too. Bottom line, I don't know how you guys get this to work, but pretty obvious it's just not in my future to have. Why it has to be so damn complicated, is beyond me. I miss the days of an old Lexus when I had an about 3 binders worth of PdF instructions on how to do everything. Guess I'm just too damn old now, which ticks me off.....
