E350 M276 fuel consumption

W220 S320 99, W212 E350 2014
E350 M276 fuel consumption
After 1.4 k miles in 2 and a half months my computer consumption shows 21.3 mpg, combined between highway, hills and short trips stop and go. Around 30 percent highway and 30 percents hill up and down and the remaining city stop and go.
For example moving about 100 miles trip( 50 going and 50 coming back) which is 23 miles highway 65 mph, 5 miles city and traffic light below 40 mph, 17 mile highway then 3 miles traffic. I got in this trip around 27.5 ~28 mpg.
Another trip will be moving up around 23 miles from 0 meter to 950 meter in one hour. I got 20 mpg. And so on.
Engine fluid was used as previous owner 10w40 no idea what is it, as last friday changed fluids at dealer to MB specs.
Is that normal numbers for this engine and is the oil types affect on consumptions so maybe I will get values after changing engine and coolant fluids to MB specs.
As I have reset the computer after fluid replacement and monitor it for coming months.

These numbers are slightly not the best but not too bad either. I'd say you're on the poor end of average.
Check that all 4 of your wheels turns freely without brake calipers binding (eventually lubricate slide pins).
Check tire wear patern for signs of wheel issues. Vehicle height and load directly affects the alignment toe and roll forces required.

As my W220 E320(200 Kmiles), I am getting 17 to 18 mpg combined while in a highway trip I can get 23~24 mpg so the W212 performs better in consumption but when you checking wikipedia numbers for E350 as it will perform 34 to 30 mpg made me confused.
