EPC access?
I've been paying for an EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) account for some years now... Its no longer working and I can't find where you manage these subscriptions, the old startekinfo.com site seems to be gone ? Has Mercedes discontinued EPC access entirely for US individuals ?

It moved to https://xentry.mercedes-benz.com/home/
from there you can register for xentry parts or MBs current version of EPC.

hmm, just lets me log in and then tells me I have no access. the page about registering for an account refers only to dealer employees.
They have Startek / ISPPI for independent shops and DIYers. Costs $92 per year for a subscription.

Xentry is for MB dealers and employees, not for personal use.

about a year or 2 ago, mine stopped working, I no longer have any older benzes, and I couldn't figure out how to renew it
I have used this website a little to locate the correct part numbers for my car. Not really easy to use, there is a little learning curve, but it seems to provide the correct answers.

If so, can you test whether it has this vehicle? WDDJK7EA3KF057162

I now have a subscription to EPC online directly from MB. Costs about $110/yr.
After-Sales Platform
You can create a login and look around for free. Form there you can add subscriptions to access various features.
It appears that pretty much anyone can subscribe to not only EPC and WIS, but also Xentry. The catch is that subscriptions to Xentry are quite expensive.

You beat me to it. I checked last night for your vin, but was mobile and couldn't post it. The EPC report to PDF will exclude certain selections that you need to take screenshots of.
