Just making this in case anyone else has had the idea and wants some info. I installed some E63s mufflers on my E550 a few days ago. First off the E63s mufflers have a 10mm larger diameter than the E550 system, my guy didn't find that an issue and said it's okay. He also trimmed the stock exhaust tip to make it work with the E63s double exits since I wanted to keep the stock look. As for sound, I think it sounds terrific. It honestly just sounds like an E63. I also have the resonators deleted, so I don't know what just the muffler swap would do. But the mufflers made an insane difference. Anyways, if you can get some E63s mufflers for a reasonable price I would


recommend it.
