w212 e300 facelift vs pre-facelift feedback

Hey there,

I looking for a w212 e300, I love the look of the pre-facelift model, I found one in black with only 60k miles with AMG body kit, ultra clean interior.

Is there anything I should be concerned about? is there any major mechanical updates on the face lift model that make me consider it rather than the pre-facelift model?
