Hi, I own a 2013 Mercedes E550 and recently wanted to get my windshield replaced through insurance. Unfortunately they refuse to replace the windshield until I can solve two codes relating to the MBrace. These codes are B15D8-14 (The Cable for Audio Muting has a Malfunction. There is a short circuit to ground or open circuit) and B15CE-00 (Registration on the server for telematics services has failed). Some information on the car, it has been more than two years since the battery was replaced, and the car had been sitting without being driven off and on for a few months without a trickle charger. I hope this is enough info to go off of, but please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be known, thank you!
