Well, there's something weird with my left outer side taillight . When I brake all the lights are lit up that's normal but when I turn on headlamps, I notice left outer tailight seem to not lit or lit but after a while it doesn't turn on . I tap on it my my finger and it turns on again . I see no fault warning on the dash either . What's wrong with that ? A bad connector or it's time to replace the whole unit .
Same part of the tailight turns on when brake , no problem at all however when headlamps are activated , I see left outer brake light doesn't turn on but even if turns on it just turn off by

What type of rear tail light is yours ?
Oldie incan bulb or LED ?

If yours is the LED facelift version, your tail light probably is having this issue :

But at the least check the W7 and W7/1 ground first. This W7 and W7/1 are the ground wires studs for both the left and right tail light assy.
Rear SAM sheet 10 is where the tail light wiring is , for LED version which I am also using.
I am attaching the PDF and the jpeg version CLEANED ( mine ) and untouched one.
What I mean by jpeg version CLEANED is a very nice easy view for my use, to see how my rear LED version tail light actual wiring is.
You can use it too, as we have the same LED version.

W7 and W7/1ground are at rear SAM region.











I gave you a CLEANED version because I am sure you lack experience for Rear SAM schematic reading compared to me.
U58 code is sedan. U57 is wagon. The wiring without being CLEANED for our car/sedan U58, you may get migraine looking at it cluttered with U57.
