I am a new Mercedes owner and looking to put 245/45/19 wheels and tires on my 2014 E350 Sport 4dr sedan. They are stick with 245/40/18. Will the 245/45/19 wheels and tires fit?
245/45R19 will have significantly larger outer diameter... and I'm not sure Audi wheels fit on Mercedes hubs, plus they are very likely the wrong offset. The 19" non-staggered size for a W212 is 255/35-19
245/45R19 are 28" diameter, vs your stock 245/40R18 are 26"
