2011 E550 4Matic budget coilover option

Had my E550 inspected by a super high end shop and was told I need to replace the front right axle and coilover before he can do any further inspecting/diagnostics.

I ordered this CV from O'Reilly since it's 1/4 the price of the GKN (that I will put in when I have enough money) and next day shipping was available. Also lifetime warranty.

I know I need spacers and new lugs; he said go with 10mm hubcentric, so I'm going to research what the best budget option for that is, unless you guys can link me to a package that's easy to order and not priced too crazy.

Lastly, I only need the front right coilover, and I plan on eventually putting the Airmatic back in (previous owner put in the ****ty Rev9 coil kit).
I don't think I'm going to get lucky and find a single coilover, so I'm prepared to just buy a set of 4 if I absolutely have to.

That said, what's a budget option to replace that coilover?

I know it's a horrible idea, but I'm flirting with it. The Rev9 kit is only $600 and might last me 6 months if I'm gentle. In 6 months I can have the funds to completely restore Airmatic. I know it's a terrible idea but it might just be the most frugal for this situation.

Feel free to grill me

I see that this Bilstein B4 kit is listed as "compatible" by the vendor; what might I need besides springs?

The same vendor lists a B14 kit that they also claim is compatible and I found a seller 30 minutes away with that kit in stock that I messaged asking if I could come pick up in person.

I believe once I have this figured out and ordered, all I'll need is 10mm hubcentric wheel spacers and new longer lugs and I'll be able to get the car back on the road.

Either I'm terrible at searching or there really are very few people who have done this. This is all I'm seeing that's super close to what I have and it's still not the exact same car:

If you can spring (hehe...sorry dad joke) $1200 then look at BC Racing.

haha nice

I'll look them up right now.

What I'm seeing is that a number of kits should work, but the vendors are telling me it's just that they haven't tested a lot of the kits on the 4Matic, only verified fitment on RWD models.

This is the kinda thing that scares me.
I get to thinking "Ah it'll be fine, it fits RWD models, it'll probably fit my 4Matic"
Then I see things like this: (fits RWD, does NOT fit 4Matic vehicles)

These looks like they would fit. Notice how they use the pinch design with the 2 bolts at the bottom(vs the J08 models). However, I would double check with them and if they do, Amazon has the same set for much less....

How do you go about figuring out if something like this is going to fit?

Or is my only option to just buy it and try and if it doesn't, cross my fingers that the return is accepted.
