Does my engine sound ok? M278
Should I be worried?
I have no check engine light or anything, car feels fine.
2014 e550.

Does it sound different than before? Sounds like every other M278 I've encountered.

loose tensioners slapping
sounds like loose chain tensioners

What oil in use?
check-valves installed?
mileage?

​​​​​​Engine has a cover to service tensioners easily.
