Weird Issue 2014 W212 E350
Every now and then, maybe once or twice a week I have the red triangle come on with beeps for a couple of seconds then disappears.
What is this red triangle signifying?
Kind of an annoyance.

It may be a collision warning. If someone's break lights come on and I don't apply the brakes in what the car considers a safe distance, it will mute the music and flash a red warning to me to get my attention. It happens so fast that I can't remember if it's a triangle or just the whole digital cluster that flashes.

It may be a collision warning. I always try to keep a safe distance but this makes sense.

Mine does same thing as well, I referred to the manual and it was related to collision warning . I have come across this warning in the W222 as well

I get the beep when I drive through a certain intersection (not a 4-way light, either). Not another car or pedestrian in sight. I chalk it up to some electronic signal I can't perceive.

I get the exact same thing. It’s the pre-safe warning. Mine does it sometime as I go thru an intersectional that has several lanes of cars going different ways.
