our new to use 2014 E350 wagon has a slight issue with the bluetooth. when I'm in the car driving and make a call, my audio out is fine. and i can hear the other person just fine. when the other person talks to me, they hear noise- it almost sounds like someone in the background? my thought is the caller is hearing their echo somehow? just dont know where to start looking

has anyone heard of something like this? I
