Does anyone know where I can purchase some OEM or aftermarket left and right intake hose tube for my 2011 E550 4-Matic that will actually fit? Thanks in advance.

You are in luck. I forgot which thread i read but these Spectre Airduct hoses fit our cars near perfectly. They are called Spectre Performance 8741 Air Duct Hose in 3 inch.

Oh nice, thank you! Do they sell those on Amazon? So from the looks of it, it seems like this is just the plastic tubing that replaces the fabric tubing, correct?

Yea they should sell it on Amazon US. It is just a simple polypropylene extendable tube with fittings. Take the larger intake piece from our OEM intake like the video and stick it on the replacement tubing. Extend to your liking in engine bay. Repeat on other side if needed.
