W212 mixed gear without errors
the problem mainly occurs after warming up or running longer than reaching full temperature.
After braking, the car starts to shift into Park. but initially you can change gear and keep going.
FInally, after braking, the car puts the car into park and any attempt to change to D or R immediately puts it back into park.
There are no errors in the car. drive select in MRM (steering wheel module) looks normal.

This module has multiple issues including
it use unprotected optical sensors sensitive to dust
it uses marginal solderless pins connections.
yes, this is a good clue, when the problem occurred, I have an unrecognized valid key in box 297 in ezs. I think this topic will be useful to others.
Unfortunately, I don't know which elements in ezs are damaged.




Is this a "keyless ignition" or is your key inserted in the ignition switch ??
the key is physically in the ignition. Unfortunately, I cannot buy EZS with matching numbers. I'm starting to wonder if I should take it apart and look for the cause.
